I cannot explain either but remember it is not just Regal which has been offloading. Altor and the previous chairman's interests have also sold big chunks recently. If I remember right they were the three largest shareholders. It might just mean they are still making good profits even at current prices. Incidentally XTE got a positive mention in The Australian today.
