Going by a technical view point I would agree, the monthly shows 31 might be a good entry, I guess most in here would be going by the upgrade in the fundamentals but the market does not seem to recognise that much since the retailers have taken over. Just take a look at DGL for example there is no reason fundamentally it should be trading the lows, it should be up in the mid 2s at least.
