Shezad Okhai led 100+ mergers and acquisition in his previous role at constellation software (Canadian listed software company). Looks like Pinetree may come in now and do something similar (owner of Pinetree is the son of the billionaire who owns constellation software).
If they do try to acquire BVS, unfortunately us long term holders will still likely receive pennies on the dollar. I'd be happy with $1 to forget about this absolute mess of an investment. Any T/O would more likely be around the 65 cent price sadly.
