Kidder WIlliams are now advising Pure Foods Tasmania.
They want to grow from $10m in revenue to $100m in revenue. They will grow by acquisition initially.
I would have thought it would be a good opportunity to 'merge' the two businesses into one Tasmanian food business.
Combining the businesses makes a lot of sense to get the scale required from a Tasmanian operation.
If I was Jan Cameron, I would be on the phone to David Williams seeing what deal could be done.
