You know very well that many are now waiting for the last moment, probably including UBS, so it’s likely to be closer to 19% than 29% when the offer closes.
You also know that that will not be the finish for AF/Wyloo. They will get further in some months time, either via another offer or via a CR, either likely imho at a much lower price and probably after the release of bad news.
Of course you also know that Wyloo shouldn’t have much trouble getting ASX approval for delisting.
OK, you dislike AF, we get that. You may have forgotten however that you have a long and strong believe that MCR is way overpriced at $1.40?
I suggest that you stop feeding delusion to the hopeful holdouts - strangely some folk actually give credit to your views.
I exited, not because I thought the price was fair, but because I knew when I was about to be checkmated.
