Tim was very confident at the end of April we would have the go ahead.
there was no mention from this confident source about needing to approve new mining codes through parliament but it makes total sense that they would.
but why did their source not mention it?
I would have thought some commentary around how this is affecting Toliara would be appropriate however we seem to get none.

ps how is the kwale north east drilling going?
how is the rare earths study going?
any mining licences being issued in Kenya or is that at a stale mate with the govt still?
