APAC are allowed to increase there position above 20% by 3% every 6 months under corp act S606 without making a take over offer. Great show of confidence considering boards relations with APAC, noting that buying has increased in volume over the past 3 weeks, hopefully assists with clearing out the Old Peak overhang.
