OP selling down out of MLX still gives them exposure.
Why reduce exposure to MLX?
Set up APAC for eventual takeover?
Sell out by necessity?
Also, the buy back scenario which was thought not to be on the table is debunked because they’ve now crept over 20% and restricted to 3% every six months.
A 10% buy back over six months would only see APAC hit 22%, if they stayed out of it.
