My theory is that KPG has run up against its debt capacity to fund growth and needs to apply the funds that have gone to dividends to funding the US expansion and such like.
Retail investors like me who like dividends will find no dividend an issue, but if you’re buying the story then it’s part of the company transition. There is tremendous growth available for KPG still in Aust never mind the US and perhaps the UK.
