Botswana is mining friendly jurisdiction. Sandfire's Metho copper mine/plant (for their T3/A4 Cu deposits) just started commissioning/production recently this year if i'm right. Nigel mentioned in his recent talk at mining.com.au that the company wishes to use its Ga/Ge by-products to free digging the other metals. Things seem to be changing for better now as well if the prices of Ga/Ge start increasing due to ban in the near future.
