    The price is different because the Nasdaq shares are a bundle.

    I haven't looked at it for a good 12 months but memory tells
    me the Nasdaq ADR's are made up of 7 shares, so the equivalent of 0.21 USD in comparison on a 1:1 basis.

    not as big a differential as you suspected but when you consider forex it is a 12-13 cents higher.
