One more query if that is all right although the question may look bit silly to those already knowing the answer but would appreciate response

Is this correct Total MC of the company = SOI AU x AU SP + SOI NASDAQ x NASDAQ SP or is it something else? meaning is it exactly the same company but max shares that can be traded in each exchange is directly related to SOI on the specific exchange
