Cheers @miningnut. My concern is the current SP action vs the expected TO activity that is yet to come.

I would prefer a higher $5/sh offer for my holdings, but UMG has not enjoyed this price is some time, and current market sentiment is not helping with juicing up the TO price.

I am hoping for a quick closure so I can deploy this cash elsewhere really. UMG has been an underwhelming spin off from GNC, which is the only reason why I'm holding.
