ASIC's intention to prosecute this guy seems as misleading as the very thing they "allegedly' want to prosecute him for. The company was always a risky play, hence the allure of potential high reward, but ASIC's prosecution, and the failure to bring that to a conclusion quickly, has elevated the risk to another level. Investors don't want to stay in at that risk level, and even fewer want to buy in at that risk level.
