even if Altech collects only the 6.4m$ without selling a single 0.07 to exisiting holders via 1:8 they got pretty sweet cash and extend their run way for more good news including the pfs ,… and receive another 2.4m$ in December anyways which by then should have recovered the price? I mean it’s the usual snake the tree by the big boys and I think as long they believe this can be a technology for the future market and actually gets produced and sold one day this will be just a little dip on a long term chart , but of course they have to deliver.

i still see it as a strategy as asx atc holds the largest lion share of profit share for the future and Germany eventually will have to take over the entire thing.

+ all the directors have their personal bonuses in asx atc at minimum 12 Cents waiting… unless this is a total miss leading strategy to hand us a carrot to buy at 7c

but let’s see… even we collect only the 6.4m underwritten, that’s what it means right?? They guarantee us to participate 6.4M$


then I personally feels very confident it allows us to release necessary building blocks like pfs to show the truth and drive the price up again. + afterall , if it goes under 7c and less people convert their shares = less new shares at 7c are issued = less dilution
