    Im surprised no one mentioned the first notice of sell down from Paradice..or maybe I just missed it. This team is very well respected in the industry and to have them sell down now is a red flag.

    I am waiting patiently to understand how PEN plans on funding itself given that capex needs to be brought fwd.
