Reg, I don't think they sold that much. The ADRs are shown in terms of the number of votes they represent - the 2,664,905 number shows the equivalent nmber of MSB shares after the 5x conversion.
This is consistent wth information I previously saw online about MG being the largest ADR holder with about 580K ADRs.
