It is messy but that arrangement has kept MSB afloat and funded the 4 indications up til now
If the announcement is positive today this method of raising capital through the shorting institutions are over for good and good riddance If it is negative the new owners will be Oaktree
Really white knuckle time for this company but I reckon we will scrape through due to Dr Krause’s input
