How do Hotcopper people interpret this:
Richmond Hill sell down from : 16,592,969 to 14,631,151
Then below its stated:
All 3 of these entities hold the same amount as each other?
So do the each hold the same exact qty's? Who has:
1. Voting rights?
2. Who has ownership?
3. Is there a lender?
4. Who gets the Div's?
5. Has this something to do with "Shorting"?
These type of announcements certainly fail the KISS principle!
