Honestly, the best and probably the only deal that you can get for the Philippines has been lost. Talk about looking a gift horse in the face! A way out and potential upside in new listing for cobalt.
I have said it before and I repeat it again, has anyone seen the carnage of X64’s MPSA mess! They have lost the property and gone into administration!
There will be no new bidders here, only vultures.
The CLA team have done well getting the project ready but are totally out of their league getting it developed.
Honestly, the best and probably the only deal that you can get...
