Hmm German domination in this company is inevitable… in my opinion. Atc asx has the lion share, of the deal… which makes not much sense as it will eventually be a German company.

anyone also believes asx atc gets taken over - perhaps split from Cerenergy so the money actually stays in Germany?

perhaps a requirement for get the big goverment funds ?

also … I still wonder why raised sooo cheap as manager bonuses kick in starting from 12c share price .. was it just a carrot to us and on take over they arrange the bonus to be paid anyways?? Not the matter how cheap the price of company is..
