Thanks Gkeden - I do not understand the rules and thankyou for brief explanation. However I have seen many occasions with various companies that after market - large volumes transacted - transferred. Without ever knowing to whom (such as now) as "always under" the major shareholder thresh hold ann requirement. I have often considered it a form of institutional activities - adjusting under other possible entities. Perhaps shorting related where a large sum are borrowed then that insto sells off market! to go to work on their objective. Anyway thanks again for your post - explanation.
