Hello. On 9/8/23, Sprott sold 12 million shares at 46 cents each, which is 2.55% of SVM. If RIO bought these shares, they must disclose it, which they have not. Sprott appears late in their disclosure, which appears should have occurred within 2 business days of the change. It appears RIO was not the buyer. Also, the notice is very confusing to me with what appear to be sales in the 30s cent range, which could not have occurred after the original RIO announcement. The 12 million share sale appears to have occurred off-market rather than on-market. Confusing announcement for me but 12 million shares sold at 46 cents, it appears, which means 12 million shares purchased.
