    They accumulated 1% in about 2.5 months, they're over 20% already so the max they can accumulate per 6 months is 3% (via creep exception), so ~1% per ~2 months, in other words APAC are already accumulating at nearly the maximum speed they're allowed to by law.

    If there were a common interest between all parties in "get OP off the register", MLX doing a block buyback of shares from OP would allow for a little over 4x the amount of shares to be removed from OP to achieve the same 3% creep in APAC's ownership percentage, though idk exactly what the further ramifications of it would be in terms of tax or franking credits or the other plans for our cash reserves; either way, if that were going to happen, it probably would've happened already. So best to expect a continued slow transfer from OP->APAC...

    Either way, I think the price is going to be overwhelmingly dictated in the coming couple of months by tin price + china inventories + wa state news.
