What this tells us is there is nothing wrong fundamentally with the business. However there is a disgruntled ex Director, for whatever reasons, who is responsible for pulling the price down. If it wasn't for that, there would have not been many sellers (as evident from the report and volume of sales). The onus is on the current executives for the benefit of all the investors to calm the ex director down (and i guess there is still a chance for that given they hold a significant amount of shares, meaning they are still interested in the business.)
