What I personally see, and this is something I think we can ALL relate to, is a glimpse into FOMO working its magic. This is purely my opinion and it's equally likely that perhaps they needed to realise gains for other purposes related to their fund.
Nonetheless, they sold 1m at 7.5c....then sold another 1m at 9.4c a week later. Within a week, they then bought back 1.3m at ~9.5c (yes, higher than they sold for less than 2 weeks prior), and then sold more down over a course of a week at ~10.8c. Net sell was close to 8% of their holding, and realised $490k. I don't know what their entry was, so subtract to see what they profited on the 4.8m.
Yesterday touched 12c again, and can continue seeing this rising. If they sold everything at 11.5c and waited just over 2 weeks, they'd have generated their fund holders an additional 13%.
Moral of the story - no one has a crystal ball; not even those whose day job this is.
