I just read the 2021 BEZ prospectus.
This is how Pangea got its CDIs. Extract below.
In simple terms Pangea wants its loan monies back by selling its CDIs so they can move onto the next deal.
Note to myself. i should have read the whole 426 pages of the prospectus to find this loan swap agreement in the appendices at the back of the book before I bought some CDis.
