Good call, lack of volume is telling. But imagine if major volume arrives, we could be 50c plus in an instant. We all await to see if gold breaks out next week following the news the US Fed has halted rate rises for now. That’s not to say they won’t raise again in the next couple of months (because inflation has bounced again) but you would expect a short term reaction in favour of gold prices to this news yesterday.
