On 30 Sept 2021, Pangaea held 89 M shares.


On 17 Aug 2022, Pangaea block transferred (off the market) to Quantum 28 M shares at approx 17C when SP was hovering around 3 to 5C. See below



and with this 28M off market block transfer to Quantum, Pangaea's shares came down to 55M.



See two ANN's that confirms the sale of Pangaea to Quantum and Quantum became substantial holder for the first time.



Okay, on 03 Jan 2023, in the meanwhile, again Pangaea's get more 15 M right shares with 5C per share and total share becomes 69M.

The rest we know. From the latest notice, we see they hold approx.50 M shares down from 69 M by selling approx 19 M.We believe, they nearly dumped or close to dump 10 M in last few days. If not, this should be finished in couple of days. They might hold only 40 M which are fully escrowed until early Oct.



So, what I see that,

1. Pangaea did blocked transfer early to Quantum. They did the right thing and hope they will do same again if they want to get out. The current 40 M shares they bought at 20C. Not sure, they want to sell with loss below 20C. I personally believe,they will not get out. They just took some profit selling the shares they got at approx. 5C.
2. Another fact is that, when BEZ was started at ASX on Oct 2021, they already had 3.3 M OZ gold base. After 2021, in last 2 years, they discovered many many large bonanza intercepts with excellent grade. From my search, I didn't find any updated MRE. So, I think, when they will update the MRE, there would be significant increase in BEZ gold base.
3. Finally, Quantum is the largest share holders of BEZ. As long as, we get the updated MRE and Quantum remains committed with the fund, BEZ will enter into Billionaire club, no matter what happens interim.
