The reason for the crazy share price seems to be the inability to determine exactly how much cash this company needs to spend in order to get to the end of p3. A lot of money has been used to pave the road we are on but it has not been paved with gold, to the dismay of many holders and I’m sure major players and institutions. Regal might be playing both ways but it appears like they are net long, so at .315 they too must be experiencing net pain.
