From the wording that Gina is to support LTR on operational. ramping up etc, I'd believe that Gina intends to block the sale to ALB.
If the above is being accepted by the market, then the ALB takeover deal is gone,our (and LTR) everything is back to the real market then. Per the tradings by now today, SP keeps going down from $3 to even $2.90 now without big volume which means Gina stops buying for now, left with 11m+ sells and less than 1m buys. Going to $2.75? well will see how the story goes.
