Sorry ipv6ready, not sure I understand what you are suggesting here. This is a take over - if this goes ahead then ALB is going to buy everyone's shares for $3. ALB is not going to be soaking up anything for $3. If it doesn't go ahead then I doubt ALB can buy enough shares to influence the board + Gina. Unless I have misunderstood the entire episode. If so can someone enlighten me.

(this isn't directed at ipv6ready) And while on the subject of GINA - what is the benefit of including anyone else in her bid for a seat on the board. She has 11% or thereabouts. That's only 4% less than TG. She has all the finance she needs to do what ever she wants. Why would she need the likes of Chris E or ALB or Min Res ot anyone else for that matter, when there is a perfectly good team already getting ready to finalise mining. The team, as far as i can see, that hasn't put a foot wrong in the entire development of Kathleen Valley.
Again, I may be missing something ....
