If ASX announced that the government are looking at bringing competition into the clearing house you would think a lot more people would be exit this share... personally I would consider that important market news. I doubt they will breach themselves even after the class action if/ when a competitor enters their monopoly.
I didn't see how much ASX are spending on their perpetual digital ledger money pit this month.
