These frequent trading has been going on since last 6 months by the state Street corp, Tanara and other super fund companies initially I thought its to lend for shorting when the share price was above $3.5 but they are all increasing holding and its been accelerated recently. the nature of state street capital business, its growth since last couple of years and how it aligns with insignia may be the take over offer is coming for ifl imo. they already secured so many percentage of shares and it may be serious buyer. regardless its a good buy at this level and dividend is very attractive. I would be happy putting money in ifl than term deposit at this levels
