Love the thinking here. My thought is to put it together with @grasschoppa suggesting that GR has only been able to purchase ~ 240 million shares under $3 each due to the liquidity of 120M plus shorted shares.
So maybe the holder lines have reduced maybe 30% less due to the short stock.
