No one wants annoying small private shareholders, they're a pain and get in the way.
All this nonesense about going mining "with us", like it's some sort of family company and aren't we lucky to be a part of it, skipping merrily down the lane holding dividend cheques and laughing.
Spodumene is going down like fertilizer and $1B capex you need to add to the final $3 dollar per share offer. Not such attractive metrics then.
