She wants it as cheap as possible, she is in abattle with herself as if she forces ltr to cap raise then that will dilute her existing holding.
Either way she is headed to pour more money into LTR, whether she will admit it or not.
Thats why i think it will be a loan be her of another party.
She was never here to save retail holders, that was pretty much a given!
