Only flaw in that theory is she has deliberately not bought above the $3 offer price.
If she had so much confidence in the project and didn't care about Albemarle, why restrict her buying?
Gina and her advisors probably have a clear stratedgy but at this stage she probably has both Albemarle and Liontown camps right where she wants them. Win-win for Gina. She could go either way imo and who knows what kind of sweetner ALB is prepared to give in order to get her vote.
