Probably there is a bit of that going on in the absence of news, but it doesn't explain the SP being where it is TBH.
The biggest issue is the perception that the market in which A2M operates is still difficult right now and with no clear end in sight.
Risk is still the overriding narrative right now and instos will paint with whatever canvas they have at their disposal.
I think the company is making progress in the key areas it can control but there is more that can be done, particularly in new products and capital management. But even a slight a rebound in the birth or marriage rates in China would have a much greater impact than most things the company can do at this point.
