Rhys the whole ‘feels like’ attitude being promulgated by many who ‘feel like’ they will control the share ratio by voting no feels like an unprofessional mutiny to me that takes more account of ‘feels like it’s worth more than 12 shares’ than the actual facts and figures.
•The 2.7c AVL price at which the 12-1 terms were agreed feels like fair value for AVL? Or do they think 12-1 at 2.5c would have been better?
Well to me it’s always felt like shorting increased here to massage the price down and now it ‘feels like’ shorts are reducing.
•TMT’s financial position was untenable. According to one of those MST reports it just scraped through the March quarterly with $100,000 to spare to save it from having to report on how it was to keep going as a going financial concern.
• The same research company was expecting TMT would need to raise more than $600m cornerstoned by NAIF funding and an external financier as well as a 50c capital raise by early 2023 - But instead there was just an $11.5 raise at 27c a share to give TMT the ability to kerp holding it’s head up.
• What about the Independent Expert’s Review - so key (according to all sides) to obtaining funding?
You reckon the leaders at TMT (probably AVL too) and RCF and other potential finance partners haven’t seen this (along with progress reports along the way) before the merger was set in place?
— You guys may be operating on ‘feels like’ but I am pretty certain RCF works on very clear analysis including costings and forward projections.
Anyway I’m really looking forward to the merge and I truly hope that most shareholders at TMT will rise above the ‘mine’s bigger than yours’ slanging that has been going on for years and support the transition.
