Not really, will impact tmt alot more than AVL, tmts board already showed there lack of confidence to move there project forward alone, TMTs board are all pushing for this to happen and think its in the best interest of the company, they wouldnt do this for no reason, if you want to go against management who know alot more than you and I know go for it.
