Isn’t an independent review on merger due before votes are taken?
I hope that - professionally produced - document will summarise the situation and address any points of conflict.
As far as the silence goes, if TMT has been able to confirm any new funding so as to go it alone I think it’s better not to broadcast this fact too loudly.
As far as no news on any different development plan post merger …. Maybe it’s something that can’t be finalised until the companies are combined?
As far as lack of news on EPA goes …. surely that application is still progressing?
And maybe there
will be an update soon as to other stuff?
