@LewisB ditto if the review shows costs have blown out and maybe there were other overly confident expectations.
As far as insiders and management often having access to cost-affective information, I’m sure that is indeed the case here.
Jacqueline Murray is a partner at RCF as well as being a director at TMT until February or whenever she left!
Both TMT and AVL management, and their accountants, and lawyers would have been fully into each others ‘data rooms’ and RCF too most likely.
