Perfect, all going according to plan. Message to ALB, pay much more than $3 or f@#$ off. That is how I read this play by Gina. She will block this and ALB has to either significantly increase the offer or go away. I expect she will demand a board seat next and rightly so. ALB are cactus unless they pay up. Go Gina! She still hasn't paid more than $3 and will stop buying shortly as she will have a blocking stake now with the support of other shareholders.
