ALB was respawned after merging with Ethyl Corp. Ethyl Corp was an Exxon/General Motors entity. You can bet your bottom dollar those two are still linked with it. So dont go underestimating ALBs pockets or resolve or their ability to twist arms.
That said, if the WA titans can hold out against them...it could be LTR makes a killing out of selling the greenbushes partners the SC they will so dearly crave in the years to come. That would be what you could call "control".
Hope im right, I suspect the ALB bid will go away and instead ALB will sign up a SC supply agreement with the parties it trusts...
