I think the lads on the Money Of Mine podcast last night got it only half right.
I agree Gina lifts her stake to 19.9% and then stops. However, ALB doesn't walk away. They want this asset just as much as Gina, maybe even more so. Gina also wants into this project and downstream. She has had a wake-up apprenticeship at her DLE geothermal brine project in Germany.
I think this gets resolved with all parties having a stake. Funding sorted. Supply to Kemerton sorted. Downstream sorted. Shareholders happy. Everyone's a winner. I also think this gets sorted before the AGM. All imo.
