Interestingly, the fact of a substantial change of interests of the "substantial shareholder" that took place some 6-months ago has not been reported until now... I always thought that under the "continuous disclosure obligations" thereis a TWO DAYS rule applicable to these kinds of events.
But fear not: ASIC and ASX, both meticulously and continuously guarding therespect for those obligations will land on them like a ton of bricks!
OK… naaah - maybe not... But I am sure that they will slap whoever needs to be slapped with the warm wet lettuce and ban them from the cookie jar for the rest of the afternoon…
