    I did some Googling on this and apparently she can still buy past 20% so long as it amounts to no more than 3% every 6 months onwards. What I'm more focused on is who is selling to her at $3 or under.

    There are only two legal possibilities, Short Sellers or ALB selling out. None of those parties doing that makes sense to me. Why would you Short an acquisition target? Even if there is money there, it won't be much, so not worth the trouble. Why would ALB sell their stake? The 2nd best thing to a complete acquisition, is part acquisition.

    Those are the above board possibilities, otherwise Gina is doing something dirty under the table to ensure she can get a sizeable chunk of our company for the same price we're planning to reject ALB at.
