Maybe think about it from the alternative - ALB strikes a deal with Gina, then her 19.99% plus the Bod's shares is going to make it a lot easier for ALB to get to 75%. Hence why I called it an insurance policy in my post.
Gina has a very good poker hand here - and the driver :
1. If she goes alone with a subsequent takeover offer she gets LTR's free cash flow. This option could also involve later on striking a JV say with Min.
2. If she gets into bed with ALB in the now, she is in bed with an established lithium player with downstream processing capability as well.
I guess we are all speculating.
