Ann: Change in substantial holding, page-23

I’m not in LTR, but have been keeping an eye on what’s going on as I’m in other lithium stocks, I believe Gina would have been able to accumulate through cross trades, where the broker has a buyer and a seller at the same prices so the broker executes the trade. From my understanding, if Gina wanted to buy up 2m shares for $2.99, she would contact her broker, tell the broker she is happy to pay $2.99 for 2m shares, the broker would then contact a number of the brokers other clients who hold the stock to try and find 2m worth of stock that the clients are happy to sell at $2.99 and possibly let the clients know we have a buyer, whoever is happy to sell then sells to Gina through the broker as a cross trade.
